Your body doesnt go into strvation mode that fast, but it is better to eat small meals and snacks throughtout the day. Helps with your blood sugar and metabolism and then also helps with you not getting so huinngry you eat everything in sight

It fills you up, helps prevent cancers. Apples are great, cereals, some breads..I love apples 5 gm of fiber for 1 aplle. Weight watchers yogurt has fiber in it.. hope this helps

This isnt something you do just to lose weight..it is a new way of living. Yes you dont have to watch your calories as much but you should try to eat healthy and in moderation. Do this and you shouldnt have a a problem. Otherwise if you go back to your old ways you will just start to yo~yo

I have been on prednisone since 1990. Ididnt gain weight, but it is a low dose. However when I increase to 80 mg a day I start to retain water. So watch how much salt you take in. Also some people it does make hungry..not me..so what your intake. Otherwise if you do gain anything it willl be water weight and it will go…

Even though it cost more try buying the ones in the small containers. That way when you are done ..you are done. Have to tell your self that otherwise you will just keep eating it. and a little bit of it goes a long way

When I used to get them I could gain up to 8-10 lbs of water just from that. Even though I dont get it now, it seems like my body is tring and I get symptomatic once a month.. Even besides that your salt intake cab affect that too!
