  • I lost a ton when I was put on ritalin which is the same type of med. Eventually it should all even out as your body gets used to it. But you also have to make yourself eat even though you are not hungry..dont want to end up slowing your metaolism down.
  • sugar free popciles or even some of the new gum that is out....key lime pie kind and others. Sometimes I eat diet bread, toast it, spray it with parkey butter no cal spray and sprinkle equal and cinamon on it.........even grab a flavored water will help too

  • my diet. told me it doesnt really matter b/c a calorie is a calorie no matter when you eat it. Heck I eat when I get up in the middle of the night to let the dogs out and I havent gained............But if you have gerd (acid reflux) you shouldnt eat and then lay down b/c the acid can come up the throat easier

  • Not all do it (make you gain weight)but I take wellbuterin now and it doesnt really help with the depression by itself either. Have you talked with your doctor about it?   • No dont agree with this because when I stopped taking my prozac I lost over100lbs and didnt change my eating. I was basically a fat anorexic but nobody knew because of my weight! they mess with your metabolism.
