Okay, I am taking the challenge: SW: 223.2 CW: 223.2 GW: 218. 4/2 : 232.2 4/8 : 4/15: 4/22: 4/29: My hardest time of the day is getting home; I snack until I go to bed. I try to eat healthy snacks like almonds or mixed nuts, Turkey Breast slices ect.. but I will eat 1/2 a can of mixed nuts ( you cant just eat a handful)…
