I struggle with that one too, in fact nighttime is my weakness. When I am successful at night it is usually because I keep busy until bedtime. Also try drinking water, it serves as good filler. Finally if you must munch, munch healthy!!!

It is very normal. When I lost my first 100 lbs I had lots of weeks of staying the same after solid losses. My doctors told me your body fights losing weight so it will win a few battles now and again. Keep doing what your doing and it will come off.

That is difficult. You have good focus, and you know what to do to stay on track. When I go off the rails I usually try to "make up for it" by exercising myself silly. I wish I had your discipline...
