Add me too - kids are 15 and 3 and I'm 37. Looking at a schedule of 3 days / week lifting but it's in a home gym. The local one is too expensive for now.

I'm tired of tracking calories and making time for exercise. I want nothing more than to sit on the couch with several sodas and a container of chili cheese fries while I watch an entire season of my favorite shows.

Hi All: 36 years old. Female. Canadian. Feels a little like a personal ad! :) I have two kids, a spouse, a full time job, and several volunteer commitments. In and among it all I am trying to get to a healthy weight of 135 lb. Only 14 to go but seems like the hardest 14 of my life. Thanks!
