Thanks guys! I will have to try some of your ideas! I guess I can cut back on some things to make it more healthy, and I'm sure I can get used to it that way! Maybe I'll only splurge on my birthday at my favorite restaurant, Margaritas!! Which happens to be this weekend! LOL So maybe that will curb my craving!!

I think you just have to get used to not feeling hungry. I've been doing about 45 days now, & I still feel hungry sometimes! Drinking lots of water helps. For snacks I eat 1/2 cup of plain lowfat yogurt w/ frozen berries mixed in (they thaw over night), pretzels, but you have to look for the best ones as far as calories…

If I'm right about this, I think that the less you weigh, the less your calories should be in order to lose weight. Now, I only weighed 116lbs when I started MFP, and it suggested that I eat 1200 cal a day. I've been sticking to the 1200 cals a day and have lost about 7 lbs! My BF is 6'2 and weighed 330lbs. I agree! Only you know what your goal is and how bad you want it! Maybe buying a pair of shorts that are a couple sizes too small & putting them in a spot where you see them everyday! I have 3. A quarter sized ladybug near my hip, a dream catcher on my shoulder blade and a baseball sized sunflower w/ a tiny ladybug on a petal and "mom" on the inside, for my mom, whom I lost 4 yrs ago unexpectedly. I plan on getting my kids first and middle names on each wrist at some point.

It is interesting, but if your sticking to a recommended calorie intake, like we do here, then how can it not work? If you exercise, then eat whatever you want, like donuts, then I could see where it wouldnt work. But if your doing both, then it should work!

I work in an elementary school in the behavior room. We try to give them ALOT of positives when they earn, in hopes that they will want that positive attention. Maybe trying small things that he can earn? We are also very consistent with them. If he has a behavior that you dont like, make sure you treat him the same way…

Thats funny because my favorite new dessert, that I LOVE, is the Jello temptations French Silk Pie, 2 tbs of fat free cool whip and one low fat graham cracker, broken up. I mix it all together and thats my dessert every night! I love these ideas! Thanks for sharing!

We just found a new one we are using! It is Pepperidge Farms light style with fiber, and only 40 calories a slice! They have a couple different kinds!

Could you be gaining muscle? I just started this 2 weeks ago & have lost 2 lbs. My BF started a month ago & has lost about 22 lbs., but he is a bigger guy. We really stick to the suggested calorie intake too.

Hi! My boyfriend and I are new to this too! So far we love it! I honestly dont have much to lose, only about 10 lbs. But my bf has at least 60 lbs to lose. We usually dont stick to anything, but he's been using this for 3 weeks and had lost about 20 lbs, This is only my 2nd week, and I've lost 2 lbs. Good luck!
