Start easy. I noticed you eat honey nut cheerios. Switch to Kix or Multigrain cheerios. Whole wheat bread instead of white. Lotions & exfoliating wont get rid of a tummy. It will give you nice, smooth skin though! :) I went to school for skin care & of course lotions only help the outside, not the inside. I read that eating certain cheese helps you to lose around the middle. Any core exercises are helpful as well! Good luck!

Any easy fruit, like apples, bananas, grapes. Fiber one 90cal bars are good. I would switch to wheat bread & save yourself some calories. I have a couple suggestions. Try eating egg whites instead of the whole egg, and maybe cut back on the ham because of sodium. Also, the alcohol is alot of wasted calories.
