Food Help, please?

Okay. I've been going at this calorie counting thing pretty hard. I have in fact, been following my diet for the past 35 days straight. Yay me!!! What I need help with are some good 500 calorie meals that taste great and will fill me up. Any suggestions? I'm scared that things will become boring and I will slip back into my old routine.:happy: Thanks in advance.

    You did't say whether you meant breakfast, lunch or dinner.

    Allrecipes.com has an awasome recipe for lemon chicken tenders.

    I really like eatbetteramerica.com & skinnygina.com They have great recipes for all meals! There is a great tomato basil pizza & a coconut chicken! Good luck!
