I eat old fashion oatmeal everyday with a tablespoon of peanut butter. I've been maintaining my 50lb weight-loss for 3 years now.

My husband finally got over me being fitness obsessed...I guess he accepts that this it what I do and that he'd better be with me rather than left behind. There are much worse things we could be addicted/obsessed over.

make sure your seat height is correct..instructor will help you. don't have the resistance too low when you stand, you'll feel it in your knees have towel and water handy your lower region will get used to it after a few times
