It's not on mine either but I log between 700 and 750 and I usually do around an hour n quarter. I think that's too high really but go off what aerobics or dancing state maybe? Also depends how much you weigh/or heart rate I think Sorry I'm not much help really am I hahaa I love zumba Xxxxx

i have around 14-15 tattoos now and i too have wondered this.........i think they will actually look better as we lose weight- as the skin will then be tighter and more toned..... unless your planning on putting it somewhere where might go wrinkley and saggy like boobs or stomach etc not sure if that helps or not ...but…

i too have an office job and not many breaks .......plan plan plan in advance what your eating and either take it with you or take healthier options i also try and walk round or move as much as i can when i get a break as im sat down for the majority of the day youve already proven you can do it...take each day as it comes…
