If you have just started trying to lose weight last week, your body may take a week or two to realize you are serious about weight loss. Your metabolism needs to get a jump start. Hang in there! BTW - that dress is gorgeous !!!!

Most awesome !!! Please let me know how accurate it is ... I haven't started writing down the 5 week prediction ... But I certainly like the possibility it shows (and sometimes alter what I eat to make it better if I can !!)

Got it - I have never tried to look at someone else's profile - always saw it was 'private unless friended'. I did take a peak and here are a couple of thoughts. First, you are WAY over on your salt. I am not sure why that allocation changes becuase the max a person should have is 1500-1800 - but 2500?!?!?! Just be careful…

I've been slower at getting the weight down than I hoped - and I've been workin' my butt off !!. But I gotta tell ya -- when I see that 5 week estimate I realize there IS hope and I get motivated to stay with it just a little longer !! Keep with it - and congrats on the goals.

I am not a morning workout person. I wake up waaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyy slow. I have tried setting the alarm for 5am so I can get up, wake up, exercise, shower, and get to work by 7:30am. Fails every time. I do it for about a month, and then I look for the shotgun to take out the alarm clock :) I find the best motivation is…

I think the main thing is that there is no 'magic' answer that works for everyone. For the 60Mile biker ... good for you. I love biking but had gotten out of it. My son and I will be biking 184 miles on the C&O canal in June with the Boy Scouts -- that's my motivation right now!! But I would have never considered bikes…
