Its more of a well-structured, incredibly effective crash diet. It involves taking an EC stack which can be tough on some people. I wouldn't recommend it but it has been proven to work.

I would suggest seeing a different dietitian. Based on what you told us, she doesn't seem qualified to be a registered dietitian.

Looks fine, just make sure you space out the Lipo6 and MP Assault as they both contain caffeine and are for pre workout.

You can die of water intoxication, but that involves consuming A TON of water in a short time frame. Other than that, it has no ill effects.

How about a good old fashioned calorie deficit? And whey protein. Cut the Lipo6 and MP Assault. They are a waste of money.
