If you move from 20% to a 15% reduction how are you only adding 30 calories a week? You should be adding much much more. Hypothetical: Your TDEE is 1800 so you're eating 1440 a day. Now you move to 15% so you're eating 1530 a day. That gives you 90 extra calories per day or 630 extra per week. Oops, read that you were…

I do actually enjoy T25 and P90X3 which is through Beachbody. And no I am not a coach and I don't care if people buy them or not. But not everything they sell is a rip off. The shakeology and 21 day fix are a waste of money though.

One of the better questions I've read on this forum.

Yupp. Seems like thats fine then. I was only commenting if you didn't have them pre-made.

How do you know if you ate 5 oz of chicken breast or 10 ounces if you pre logged? Unless you have your meals pre made, but sounds like you don't.

I need to transfer the sum of ten thousand thousand (10.000.000 USD) to a United States bank account.

You get BETTER RESULTS in a year by creating a caloric deficit and GUESS WHAT OMG ITS FREE

Hey guys I didn't try to lose weight last week but should I still log that I lost weight even though I gained 5 lbs? OP, get a grip.

You can do whatever you want. Calories are not based on a daily intake. You can spread it out weekly if you wan't. I just worry about workout recovery.
-
yopeeps, can you not make outlandish claims then the only evidence you have is that it worked for you. You do this in every single thread. You are killing some of this community with your bad information

Lol'd

Quoting stupid and incorrect statements and agreeing with them makes you just as bad as the person who copy/pasted it.

I CANNOT STOP TALKING ABOUT CHICKEN PATTIES

I personally believe that finals are more important than weight loss. Try to focus on studying and worry about the weight loss in a week when they are over. 1 week of not counting but not stuffing yourself is not going to set you back a ridiculous amount. Try to maintain what you have now then get back on track when they…

Every time I see the word streak in this thread, I actually see the word steak STEAK STEAK STEAK STEAK STEAK

I wouldn't be either. But when I eat 3 chicken patties for my dinner- 27g fat total, it can certainly add up :D Same with beef, etc. This doesn't even matter but you should always weigh the food after you cook it and what not.
-
Because I eat frozen chicken popsicles
-
So the nutritional label is lying to me when it says its more calories frozen -_- Many of you need to do some research. You can lose up to 25% fat in the cooking process for any meat. Which means less calories
-
Cooking any meat you will lose both water AND fat (which was stated above) which is completely true. Therefore you are losing calories either way you look at it. Whether, its chicken, beef, etc.
-
But if the extra weight is just water because it is frozen, why would it be more calories since water is zero calories.....
-
It will lose calories in the cooking process. [/quote] Foods do not just lose calories in the cooking process. When cooking raw chicken, the number of calories per ounce is diluted by the water content. After you cook and and you loose the water, the calories did not disappear with the water. The chicken now has more…

My perdue chicken patties have 9g of fat in each patty, which equates to 81 calories. By cooking it, you lost some of this fat. Which is why it says on the package: 1 Patty frozen (180 calories) 1 Patty cooked (130 calories)
-
It will lose calories in the cooking process.
-
The calorie count will not remain the same. For instance for Perdue frozen chicken burgers, they list both the frozen and cooked nutritional values and the cooked one has significantly less calories due to the fact that you are losing some of the fat in the patty when you cook it.
