I do know that the sugar substitute in diet sodas can make you appear to be bloated. Even though they seem to be healthier because of the fewer calories and fewer sugars. My mom had a problem with this. She has lost a good amount after kicking the soda habit.

I am a very active person. which is good but it sucks because i have to eat that much more! I'm a golfer and I play 3-4 times a week. I walk/jog my dog every other day, and I use leg weights under my desk at work. Pull ups here and there.

Oh and did I mention I'm a vegetarian as well?? Which just makes everything more difficult.
