  • I am very allergic to brewer's yeast which is in a lot of processed food (and sometimes lurks hidden as "natural flavors" on food labels, so sometimes I am flying blind until I eat something and get sick)...it has been very hard but it was much worse when I was getting sick all the time when I didn't know why.
