Same here. I can't eat enough meat to get the protein without the fat so I use greek yogurt anytime I can. It's so awful but I have found a few things to make it taste better. I thought this was a joke thread.. I find that something with a very flat bottom is the most helpful for squats and deadlifts. This might be personal opinion though.

Yay starting a lifting program is always exciting! I currently lift 5x a week with a split, cardio 3x, plus 1 active and 1 total rest day.
