I'm new but I set it on my calendar to sign up today. Do we track net carbs or gross? How do we know what our electrolytes are? Sorry for the stupid questions but I'm psyched. I MUST get my triglycerides down (off the charts) and Keto is recommended for that.

5 years of hot flashes and weight gain! That's why I'm here. I've tried Amberen, and pretty much every Estroven so far with no relief. I'm so sorry you don't feel well. A few years ago I ended up on TPN (nutrition intravenous) nothing to eat only sips of water and ended up gaining 2 lbs! They told me they didn't want me to lose weight. It would have been the only upside! Anyway I hope you feel better really soon! :)

Thanks! My husband just bought me an air fryer and a pressure cooker. Used the air fryer (just as good and quick as in the oven for french fries IMO) but haven't tried the pressure cooker yet. I'm a little intimidated to try. I do use my spiralizer for zuchinni though and love it!
