When I have the munchies I drink 1 16.9 oz bottle of water. Then wait atleast an hour, if i am still hungry at that point then I eat something. BUT nothing that will hurt me alot for the rest of my day. Most of the time the water makes me feel better.

I have been logging my food/exercise for 4 weeks, and for the first 3 weeks I was consistantly losing about 2 lbs a weeks. Made these tonight!! I have never had turkey burgers b4 and I couldnt believe how good and the spicy-deliciousness flavor of it. I wrapped it in a lettuce wrap w tomato and fat free ranch dressing! DELICIOUS!! Can't believe they are SO low in calories!

I had the Turkey Tom on my first visit (cause turkey is always my safe choice hehe) and the next time I went I tried to Beach Club and now that is ALL I get....YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY!!

On wednesdays if I kick butt at the gym I go with the beach club on the DELICIOUS bread. On days I slack alittle (yeah it happens more then I like to admit) I go with the Unwich Beach Club. Both are delicious but the bread ..... Mmmmm Mmmmm GOOD!

I thought the brownies were DELICIOUS but the FAT was REALLY high. My family didn't like (as someone mentioned previously) that they turned out more cake like. I'm definately going to play around with some different brownie/cakes. I also want to try the diet soda cake... thanks for reminding me...

Thanks so much for the advice guys!! I made up the recipe in "My Recipes" and the brownie mix I have makes 16 brownies @ 160 cals a piece. Sub the oil for unsweeten applesauce and it looks like im saving 25 cals per brownie. Thats pretty good! I am going to bake them tomorrow and see how they turn out. Man will my family…

The "Food" tab then "Recipes" Search the ingredient, chose the serving size and it will add it all up for you. BONUS: You can save it and it will be much quicker to add next time you make it. Hope that helps. :smile:
