Had a good day today, stayed within my calorie count, drank my 3.5L water and did my 1/2 cardio this morning and my 1/2 hour Hiit this afternoon. Feel great. See you tomorrow:flowerforyou:

On "extreme weight lose" the show they usually are expected to lose 90 lbs or so in 90 days. So I am thinking 45 lbs in 45 days would go along with that. As long as you are eating well, drinking lots of water, and getting enough sleep it sounds reasonable. Anyhow congrats.

I'm doing pretty good, am finding on somedays they fit in nicely with my other workout, but if not I do them after my cardio workout so that my muscles are already warmed up. I am still on the beginners one though.:smile:

I didn't do as well in the food department as I would have liked. Got my exercise in this weekend though. Even when I did want to, I made myself and feel good about that. :smile: I didn't drink my 3.5L of water today will have to work better on that tomorrow. :drinker:
