  • Yes I did that before. But now I eat constantly but good foods and water it keeps me full so I actually don't even crave junk food. I was at mcdonalds today and everyone in my family ate it except me...
  • Time of the month as in woman's menstral cycle . I have had iron issues in the past but I'm eating a lot of chicken. I hope it will pass because Im not sure what to do, I think my eating diary is good and I have been doing well for 6 days. not getting sick with cold or anything like that either.

  • I too saw your diary. You can look at mine if you want. You are having way too many snacks, and not real food. BTW bodybuilding.com is also a website that has really good info to help with food ideas, etc. You're supposed to have protein/carbs/veggies with every meal.
