That sounds like a very busy day off and a shoe closet no less. How great is that. I really can't believe it is February already so where did January go. I have had a good January in all lost the Christmas weight I gained and now focused on the next stage. Does anyone know of any good exercises for toning up legs and…

They have all sorts of data that you can look at and as lulu says can be synched on mfp. Are they good value depends how well you use them not sure the wrist one is the best unless you are a runner as you move your arm a lot anyway.

Welcome on board. 5:2 is a great programme so hope you enjoy it. Feel free to add me I am on here most days.
-
Have done Monday and Tuesday the last couple of weeks and tried to keep low carb also as they said.
-
That is such a great way to think of it. I will use that as my mantra this coming week.
-
Great result and looking good. Well done

I normally do 4:3 and found it was manageable. Tend to do 5:2 at the moment back to back which gets it out of the way early in the week and can always throw another in on Sunday if I want to.

Bed is a good idea to get away from food. Drinking water especially fizzy is a good choice. I sometimes have Metcalfs skinny popcorn as a treat if I have enough cals left at the end of the day.

What you might find if you have an evening class on a FD that you might not get so hungry. Also you could go straight to bed when you get in so not tempted to feast

Hi welcome aboard feel free to add me always around for a chat.

I did find myself the other day making the excuse of I'm a constant craver so that is why I ate that item

I have had such positive comments at work and several people have now decided to give it a go. This is the programme that has worked best for me after trying others over many years so I am very positive. People will always criticise when they aren't informed.
-
You look fantastic.

Just done this and I am 58% constant craver, 27% feaster and 15% emotional. The 5:2 has been the only programme that I have followed over the years that I have had the willpower to stick to. Long may that continue. This has been a really good programme with lots of interesting information.

You look really amazing. I don't think anyone who hasn't struggled with their weight over the years will realise how inspiring it is to see before and after photos. An incentive to keep plugging away.
-
You look amazing. Well done

Welcome to the 5:2 way of eating. Feel free to add me.

Welcome on board the 5:2 train. I also follow the 4:3 pattern as I find it easier for my lifestyle. Have to say this is the only programme that has worked for me with any success. Please feel free to add me as a friend I am on daily and have an open diary.
