  • A less than stellar week here also. Have been chomping on things that are not very healthy so feeling a bit blue at the moment but did take a bit of heart form the fact can get into a skirt that months ago was very tight. Have a good week and hopeful next week will be a more focused.

  • Flumi sounds like the weekend off was a really great time and so much activity. The weather there looks great and scenery outstanding. Flossy sounds like a plan to maybe go up to 700 and see how you get on. If maintaining your current weight is not too much of a struggle maybe you have found a good balance.
  • megemrj I normally do 700-800 on FD but I do the 4:3 which suits my life better so maybe give that a go if 500 is a real struggle.

  • I normally do lunch and dinner and miss breakfast. I found the later I start to eat the better it is for me as once I start I want to carry on. Good luck but do what feels best for you and the only way to do that is to try and experiment.
  • Ladies you sound so active. I would love to be able to do all of that and more but until I have my knee operation it is all I can do to get though the day in one piece.   • Sounds like it was a good day then Mama. I remember those days I am sure that is why I am overweight as we had to clear our plates. My least favourite was stuffed marrow I didn't mind the mincemeat ( which I ate first) but then all that was left was the sloppy marrow :/ still can't eat it to this day.
