When you think about a fast day and at the end of it the day the high you feel at having been in control it is amazing. Will certainly have a look at they one.0

I'm looking forward to watching it! I just did a pubmed search on his research. His alzheimer's study was done in mice - just a caveat to be aware of. Personally, I love fasting. It has given me much better control over my hypoglycemic tendencies.
