For scrambled eggs or omelets, I whisk together one large or jumbo egg and 1 serving of Egg Beaters. Tastes great and I don't notice the difference between this combination and actually eating two whole eggs. Saves on calories and cholesterol.

Pineapple! Not the canned stuff. It doesn't take long to cut and it lasts quite awhile. Nothing beats a bowl of sweet, juicy pineapple. Definately my go to fruit.

Your snacks seem pretty healthy to me, so I wouldn't stress too much on this. But I hear what you're saying about the sweets. Sugar is probably the main reason I have a weight problem to begin with. It's addicting as far as I'm concerned. Congrats on going 10 weeks without candy.
