Ive slowly upped my calories when i started maintanance mode. Now i am eating at my BMR again and eating exercise calories back and feel soo full and bloated. Im struggling today to finish eating all my calories. Its nice to hear im not the only one having this problem

Whenever i didnt drink enough, or drank loads just before measureing with the handheld fat% thingies my fatpercentage is off the charts compared to the previous measurement. Tho if you are not getting enough protein that could be a problem too

Ive been maintaining between 57.5 and 58.5 kg. But now i have upped my calories to see if i could actually eat a bit more (wasnt too happy with maintanance calories) ive put my upper limmit to 60 kg. If i reach that i will have to decide that 1600 calories are too much.

I think it might also depend on how sore you are from the workouts from nrolfw. The first week i did it i couldnt run because i was soooo sore in my legs i couldnt even walk properly :) If it gets less then i will continue running again

Ik ben nu meer dan een jaar op mfp en sinds een paar weken op mijn streefgewicht. MFP zorgt ervoor dat ik weet wat ik eet, hoeveel ik nog kan eten en hoeveel ik beweeg. Ik wil niet meer zonder. Buiten dat heb ik super vrienden hier die me helpen wanneer het even niet gaat :)

I checked today and mine is 54 on days after i had a rest day. Your heartrate is higher on days after you did workouts as your body is still recovering from the workouts. I never skip breakfast. I call the first meal i eat within an hour i woke up breakfast, from there onwards i start counting till lunch. I would skip my morning snack tho :)
