I think ill put up a picture in my room of someone that I look up to!! And about the sodium - agree there, as foods that contain a lot of salt (sodium) make you retain water and tricks you into thinking its fat!

Ahh ok thanks! I want to be 8.7 stone as I'll feel and look better for it - but yeah. i need to cut down on carbs big time!! Do you think i'll be able to achieve 7lbs weight loss (starting from today) by 16th May?

By the looks of my diary - it does make a big difference.. Ive been on a '1200 calorie' a day plan - but eating junk food.. for instance burger king..mcd's.. Haven't lost a single pound!! So stick with the fresh veg, protein and fruit!

Thankyou guys - your information has helped a lot!! .. I weigh 127 pound and im 5 ft 7.. just want to lose 7lbs. I need to sort out my diet and maintain constant exercise at least 4-5 days a week!! Ahh, i've been counting calories religiously.. but eating the wrong food!!! More green veg and fresh fruit for me it is.. Should I drop my calorie intake?

Thanks for advice guys, I take protein shakes (maxitone sculptress) and when i say gym - i run 10k at 9.5kmph and do weights. i have msucle on my legs etc but my stomach and love handles are eurgh lol. 8.7 has always been a target for me which i've never been able to reach cos I love food too much!
