  • love this topic! The moment when the dress in your wardrobe you had been trying to fit in is too BIG! also when your uniforms at work get so big you have to keep going down sizes! (3 sizes so far) & also the moment when you realise you are not in plus sizes anymore!
  • I have a cheap digital scale and its great, super accurate and I use it daily with my bfast cereal. & other things if i'm not sure of what a peice of meat weighs etc.
  • I just checked out you diary, it shows you are eating only 3 meals a day, try adding some snacks in there too, eating every 3-4 hrs helps keep your metabolism going and stops your body from storing fat. :)

  • I had a nice 40min walk/run with my hubby and puppy. :) Oh and a couple of hrs cleaning so that would have burnt a few cals too!
