Week 2 of month 2 has just started and max conditioning just kicked my butt. I think im really struggling with this month. And im starting to feel little pinches and pains around my hip region. :(

Noice! Just finished max interval plyo. Started at 6 am. Felt like puking and it was like a workout from hell. But i got tru it. Still reached failure on some excercises though. But i feel good. Week 1 month 2 has been killed.

Thats awesome. Today was def easier than the last. Still completely failing on the second and third rounds of some excercises. Especially the squat with hook and total body drills. But i def think theres an improvement from monday. My weight loss has kinda plateaud this week tho. Not sure why
