I generally like the taste, or tastelessness of water, I grew up in the mountains and had well water. Best water ever. But now I live in a city where they dump so much chlorine and fluoride into the water that it tastes like it came from a toilet, so I just got a filter for my tap and drink it anyway.

Are you logging all your breathing calories? what about the ones you burn through talking and typing?

The sugar allowances on here are a joke. I'd just stay with "healthy" sugars such as from fruit and stay away from processed sugar.

Whenever I make a deli meat sandwich I end up putting whatever chips I have on hand in it. It's just the crunch that's really satisfying.

I have an hour glass shape and normally it doesn't bother me but I'd like to have a little thinner thighs and a smaller belly. Even when I lose weight I never get twiggy, which kinda sucks because people who are naturally slim look great in anything.

I'm 5'1 and a couple years ago I went on an anorexic binge for a summer and I only got down to 128 eating 1000 calories or less a day and some days even fasting. I think for me, that was a bit too skinny. Everyone's build is different. I think it would be near impossible for me to get down to near 100 lbs.

I have oatmeal a lot. it fills me up and it has lots of fiber. Sometimes I go on a cereal kick but I try to keep it to low sugar granola type cereals. Like special k. That cereal helps me meet my iron goal for the day since I'm not a huge meat eater.
