As the others mentioned, plenty you can do at home, depending on your goals. Find something you can stick with - much better than doing too much and burning out quickly. I love yoga as part of my routine, for example the free videos (from beginner to advanced) at doyogawithme.com Great for flexibility and core strength.…

Hiya, good luck with P90X3. I'm in my second round and love the 30-minute format. You can find a daily check-in group here for additional support: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1223495-p90x-insanity-daily-check-in-log?page=17#posts-20076277

On Day 88 of P90X3, would love more friends on beachbody programs!
-
Always welcome new friends, am on here pretty much daily and will gladly provide motivation!

Hiya, in the final week of my first round of P90X3 at the moment. For me, the 30-minute length (a little more for some workouts if you count the cooldown) and intensity are just right. I especially like the fact that the program contains all kinds of different workouts, rather than just focusing on weight training or…

I have only tried P90X3 (on day 84 at the moment) and love it. I especially like the diversity in the work-outs, ranging from strength training to yoga. I did block one of insanity last year and even though that was a great work-out, it was too cardio-centric for me. The 30-minute format is really convenient and makes it…

Hi all, Pretty active on here since joining beginning of this year, currently doing P90X3. Feel free to add me, would love other active friends :)

You might want to drop your question here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1230057-p90x3-success-stories?hl=p90x3&page=2#posts-19334036 Many people in there seem to have been getting results. As for me, I eat 2050 (and eat my calories back), but I am in maintenance at 180 cm and 69 kg. Regarding your burn, I put up…

Hi, are you on the classic schedule or the lean schedule? I've heard others doing the lean schedule who didn't see the progress they were hoping for. Must say that I am quite happy with results of the classic schedule so far (block 3, week 3) I do see more definition in arms, but have started adding in P90X shoulders and…

I have the max tension set, which has 6 bands - 3, 5 , 8, 13, 19 and 23 lbs, combining for 71 lbs total. There are sets that go way higher, should you wish.
-
Hiya, using a set of bands (bodylastics) myself. As their bands are stackable, you can easily adjust the resistance as you get stronger. That should see you through the entire programme!
-
For those interested, there is a daily check-in group (http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1223495-p90x-insanity-daily-check-in-log) Good luck with the programme!

Day 50 - transition week - Isometrics. Following a weekend of carnival madness (, I was really glad today was the start of transition week. Got Isometrics done, even though I don't think I'll ever be able to do the bound dag without tumbling over....

On day 45 right now, so those changes occurred in the 3 weeks of phase 2. I can still accommodate any progress with the current weights I have. Only thing I might buy would be additional bands or a pull-up bar. In your case, I wouldn't purchase a barbell just for those few focused squats and the chest press. [/quote] Where…

@redheadmommy Using 9 as the lowest for rocker launcher flies in eccentric upper, 13 (up from 9) for triceps extensions, 18 (up from 13) for shoulders, 22 (up from 18) for biceps and 33 (max I have) for chest. and squat. I currently use resistance bands for pull-ups and have moved from 51 to 69 there, although I've run out…

Set-up a home gym and it's been absolute gold so far. Wake up, work-out, only then switch on brain to come up with any excuses :)

Week 7, day 43 - nearly half way! Switched triometrics with Eccentric Upper to recover from a hard (but utterly fantastic) weekend with my friends. Legs are jelly now, Time for an ab ripper session tonight!
