Try to break it up into coordinating days. Chest/triceps on one day. Back/shoulder/biceps on another, Legs on a 3rd day. 4th day for cardio, etc. Good luck

I have used the ProV60 Vanilla Ice Cream flavor and find that to be very good. It's a little costlier, but you get 60 grams of protein for 2 scoops.
