I went to a party last week and did really well with the appetizers and dinner. Appetizers: carrot sticks, Dinner: fruit, shrimp stir fry and noodles. Then came dessert. ^^this I lost 60 pounds in 2011 and decided to stop logging calories. 2013 I stopped weighing myself. I found out that I can gain 15 pounds and still fit into my clothes comfortably. I need to weigh every day, or every week at least.

When I started maintenance in June, I thought 5 pounds would be a good range. However, I've noticed that I only fluctuate about 3 pounds.

I feel your "pain". I've been maintaining for about 5 months. Pizza weight "gain" still irks me even though I know it'll drop off in a couple of days. Even if my pants are falling off my butt, the number on the scale haunts me.

I lost 10 pounds my first trimester because I lost my appetite and just the sight of food made me sick. After week 20 I ate normally and everything was fine.

It's been about 4 months of maintaining for me but I still think I am my bigger size. We just went on vacation and took a ton of photos. I look at them and think, "my legs are bigger than that" or "are those my arms?" Weird. I also have a fear in the back of my mind that I'll wake up and be my old size again.

When I reached maintenance, I thought I'd give myself a 5 pound range, but I have stayed consistent at +/-3 for about 4 months.

Yah, I love/hate jeans shopping. My problem now is having a pair fit perfectly fine in the dressing room, then getting them home and having them stretch out in a few hours. I bought two new pairs at retail and now they don't fit!

I've done yoga meltdown. I like it. I use it to maintain my weight and it's been working fine for that. The cover on the DVDs says lose up to five pounds a week--I'm not so sure about that.

tip: check all your DVDs to make sure they play. I was happily doing my PiYo workouts and halfway through realized my third disc was damaged. Beachbody sent me a replacement right away (thank goodness for the chat feature on their website). But I had to take a three day break-- kind of discouraging when you're on a roll.

I'm starting week 6 of PiYo, and while some workouts are hard, it's not a huge calorie burner in general. I've maintained my weight (which was my goal for PiYo). If you want to lose weight, I would do additional workouts.

I really, really want to find jeans that fit me! It wasn't so hard when I was bigger. However, the last two pairs of jeans I bought fit fine in the dressing room, but look really baggy after about 2 hours of wear. So frustrating!

I'm 40+ I gain 2-3 pounds overnight regularly. --usually happens after pizza night Then it goes away. Are you sure it is weight gain or maybe just bloat?

Ha ha! I always ALWAYS weigh less the day after my "official" weigh in day. Whatever. I have thought about changing my weigh in day, though.

PiYo core usually gets less than 100 for me. I think the last time I did it, my HRM said 89. I think PiYo is a great workout but not a huge calorie burn. I haven't done Drench yet though.

Chocolate chip pancakes are more filling for me. I always want to top my pizza off with gelato.

I really want to try BR but I have a weak knee. Is it really hard on the knees? I did 30 day shred and loved it but I had to modify a lot of the lunges, burpees, etc...

I started PiYo about a week ago. Some workouts are only 20 minutes, so I've also done Jillian Michael's Yoga Meltdown. It seemed to be working ok, but lately I've started to get grouchy & I know that happens *to me* when I do too much at one time. I'm thinking I'll just have to stick with one program. My fitbit definitely eased my mind about going into maintenance and increasing my calories. I found out that I burn *less* calories than MFP predicts for me at sedentary.
