I would say the machine is your best estimate. I wear a heart rate monitor when I work out and the machines at the gym are still off by about 100 calories.

I'm doing Turbo Fire/ Chalean Extreme Hybrid. I'm on Week 3 of using Burn 1,2, 3. I use dumbbells, I use a set of 5, 8, 10. I want to get the Bow Flex Adjustable Weights but I don't have $400 right now lol.
