im a lot bigger than most of you lol. I'm 5 foot 8, weight roughly 375, i can stuff myself into a 26-28, i carry all my weight in my bottom half, so for shirts i can still wear a mens XL

if you go to your food diary, there is an option for recipes, you just input all the ingrediants and how many servings and it saves the info for you and u can use it from there on in your diary

im here with you! This is my second time on mfp but im determined to do it this time!!! Motivate yourself as best as you can! Buy a pair of jeans that are too small and hang them in your kitchen lol, whatever works for you!!! You CAN do it, you just have to WANT it that bad!
