Returned user and still figuring out the app. Just started again to motivate myself to get healthier and this is a great app to do it. I previously used and lost weight and upped my exercise so trying again. Good luck with your journey.

Don't weigh yourself everyday, just once a week on the same day. Also, you are human so one step back isn't so bad. Just refocus and stay the course. Today is a new day.
