  • oh well….even tried re-customizing the ticker…..I guess the "save changes" just isn't working on the ticker ap…at least not for me. Nothing will convince it to stop using the old weight…..and my OCD means that will drive me freakin' nuts. LOL
  • Thanks! Went there and did that and still calculating based on my old entries. I guess somewhere in there that old weight is input somewhere. Odd though...now the ticker and the "starting" weight match but even with only one weight entry in the system it says I've lost weight. I wish it really were that easy to lose that…
  • 2005 Kia Spectra5, handed down from my wife who is driving a new Veloster. Before that a 2001 Hyundai Accent. What my car should tell you about me is that I don't care much about what car I drive….it's only there for days when I can't be on one of my bikes! LOL
  • I did 90 days of insanity 2 years ago and had kinda the same thing happen. My wife also struggles with weight and gets frustrated when the pounds don't come off as fast as she'd like. How often do you weigh yourself? I ask because my wife weighs every day and when the number doesn't make her happy, she gets frustrated and…
  • I make my own breakfast sandwiches and freeze them. You can grab Jimmy Dean's at the store….English muffin, egg white, canadian bacon and cheese for 210 calories. I find they have more carbs and sodium than I'd like. I use whole wheat rounds instead of the muffin, then add lean ham, canadian bacon, or turkey sausage, egg…

Like Krista said, only you know your body and you know if you're sore or injured so you should react accordingly. Consider the workouts you are…
  • Hi Kerra! Yeah, that would tend to spoil the fun I suppose. Well, we all have had that moment….but the important thing is no matter the reason, you have decided to do something about it and that is the first step! Looks like we are both still at 0 lbs lost. Tomorrow is my first weigh in…hopefully I will be able to post…
  • Headed to the food database to see if I can squeeze in an everything-but-the-sink cheeseburger on my current allocation of calories!
  • Just joined this week and my goal is to lose 65lbs. Sounds like so much when I say that…..so I break it down into goals that I can achieve and stay motivated. This site is great for tracking what you eat. I also set exercise goals for # per week and minutes. Focus on things that are tangible and reachable and build from…
  • I got on the scale and saw the biggest number I had ever seen, along with buying pants in a waist size I never imagined. Well, that and having to come up for air when I cut my toenails. Something's gotta give!
