I,v been using MyFitnessPal and walking to lose weight. I started MyFitnessPal in January and started walking in February. I started walking at between 45-60 minutes a day. Congrats on the weight lost. I started MyFitnessPal on 01/14/2014. I started walking on about 02/04/2014. I walk about 6-9 miles daily. I have lost 40 lbs. and counting. It's great to hear all the positive encouragment from people.

I have been using Myfitnesspal and walking to lose weight. I have been walking as much as 8 miles at about 3.6 to 3.8 mph. I have been losing an average of 4 lbs per week. After 9 weeks I have lost 36 lbs.
