Trying to figure out what my body is telling me...Been craving fish, and fish is not something usually eat. Also craved this when I was pregnant years ago. Another craving I experience frequently is peanut butter. What am I missing in my diet?

I appreciated the book, but have not put it into practice. Need to look at it again.

I am O+, have the book, read it and saw myself in it. Need to review it again.

Growing up I always had an athletic shape and felt self conscious about it. I was a tom-boy. But, all our bodies are different. I have no clue what my measurements "should" be. I do know that eating at a calorie deficit and exercise, I have slimmed down more than 20 inches. And, my self esteem is much better. Keep reading…

Those planks are killer! I also do zumba fitness DVDs and a zumba class once a week. I think the booty slide does better at toning. Don't think I got the proper resistance bands though. Loving the new indents in my butt!

I quit soda 1/1/14 cold turkey. Never thought I would give up my caffeine-free diet coke. Really had no desire to give it up. Then, I took a look at how much I was spending on diet coke and coffee (regular). I also didn't like having to have it and wondered if I could give it up. These two reasons and reading about diet…

I had a chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard (small) last weekend. 700 calories. Ridiculous, but I had the extra room for calories. May have to settle for a mini.

Thanks for all of the insight. I seem to be overly hungry too! I know I need more proteins.

Recently bumped my calories up also. Same concern. Close to maintenance. I've done a lot of calculations and I find that I don't really know what my caloric intake should be. Everything gives me a different answer. I'm confused. Haven't been able to meet or even get close to Protein macro, which led me to I'm not allowing…

Prior to this weight loss, I sweat more than anyone I know. Now I'm more cold. I'm anxious to see what this summer brings with the heat. I switched to clinical strength deodorant a couple years ago. What a Godsend that has been! Also recommend using Gold Bond Extra Strength Body Powder. Good luck. I know how embarrassing…

Now that I'm a little smaller, I don't mind a belt on my pants. But belting shirts? Seems kinda corny. All to create curves in this straight body.

I'm 5'7". I started MFP with hips of 40" and a waist of 35". Currently my hips are 35" and a waist of 28", so 7". That waist-to-hip ratio thing. Ugh! My ratio has gone from .88 down to .81. Still workin' on it.

Your experience sounds like mine. Heartburn wasn't the issue for me. The acid reflux would make me so nauseous! Went to doctor a few weeks ago. No, not pregnant. (I hear ya on that one). Anyway, was prescribed Prilosec which I now take daily. Took over a week for it to kick in, but man do I feel better now! Have reduced…

I struggle with this also. Don't even come close to protein macro grams. I'm very aware and cognizant of trying to get more protein in my meals, but just can't seem to get there. I like meat, but the calories associated with it make it difficult to remain calorie deficient (primary goal) and hit macro (secondary goal). In…
