I spent 3.5 hours today doing Spring yard cleanup. Burned all calories up! That was my challenge for the week - it was with my ex-husband. Gonna put the house on the market soon hopefully. I will also complete my zumba, booty slide and volleyball. Weather isn't going to be nice (Michigan). Anxious to walk outside.

Rough week. PMS Water retention was discouraging. Bought a different protein powder; hoping it will help my protein numbers. Bought some chia seeds yesterday. Gonna try the couscous and the Quinoa this week to.

My challenge continues to be lowering carbs and raising protein grams.

Sometimes when noone has said anything I feel like, "Do I really look to others 30 pounds heavier like I used to?" Then the self doubt creeps in. Frumpy. It is amusing, the looks. They just can't seem to figure out what is different. The comments started coming at a 27 lb weightloss about 3 weeks ago.

OMG! That is sooo me! To go along with that would be the intensity that we do things. I need to relax a little. Not be so obssessed with the numbers (I love logging my food diary!). We are a stubborn bunch. I'm all in also, but if I get overly discouraged, I will just quit. That's why we need the encouragement of others…

I continue to struggle with too many carbs and not enough proteins. Goal is 100g protein. Looks like I'm needing more iron too. Still trying to figure out the proper calorie amount. Have recently been increasing calories and weight loss has stalled. Frustrating! Please help. Any advice/criticism welcome.
