water aerobics - it keeps the sweat "washed" off so you don't notice it, plus the water is cooling. Keep drinking water handy at all times.

I think I would be ok going over in the categories as long as the choice I made was very nutritious. Raspberries or other fruit have fiber and antioxidiants; lean protein for muscle building. I would go easy in a fat area, but wouldn't necessarily avoid a good poly/mono fat. I suggest also looking at what you are eating…

Fruit - don't care which ones.

1. They are made by the same company. 2. they can be a useful tool providing some really neat information. 3. We don't necessarily lose weight linearly (is that a word), tho' it does work that way for some people. So even if you keep a steady 500 cal. deficit - you still may not show a loss that week. compare this to…

nauseous is very common the first few weeks with Cymbalta. I've not been out it for about a year and don't remember any other side effects other than the nauseousness. A co-worker was also on it and that was what she talked about. If you aren't regular about taking the med, then nauseous will be an ongoing problem.

I love swimming and water aerobics - can't feel the sweating since the water keeps you rinsed off and it's cooling you while you do it - I know my legs feel like rubber at the end of the class when I go to get out of the pool.

I fish with scouts and it does matter how you do it:-) up/down banks climbing/walking constant casting fly fishing padding a canoe etc. Getting to the magic spot can be rough. Then rarely there's the sit in a chair on the bank and the crazy fish just beg to jump on your line - extremely rare but nice when it happens

be sure you get a good battery charge on it - I got the bluetooth version and it took about 3 hrs to initially charge up. I put mine on just as soon as it charged up and haven't stopped with it. seeing that deficit has kept me from eating some items if my schedule doesn't offer time to work it off. Love the feedback.

WW will not help you make better food choices - you can still choose to eat junk, but it will cost you more points than fruits/veggies/lean proteins and in the end you'll probably be hungry and not healthy. Points under the old and new system still equate out to calories.

I'm aiming for a well-toned 150, I think I will wear about a size 6 if I'm toned at that weight. If I'm not toned, then it will probably be about a size 8 - 10.

I fixed lunch for my dept. today - 100 cal deli flats then from the crockpot we pulled portabella mushrooms, layered with roasted red peppers and drizzled wth lite kraft zesty italian dressing - cooked for about 4 hours on high, but if you're doing it at home you could do about 6 - 7 hours on low. diet drinks one of my…

I re-upped in Jan to get the new points plus plan. I got life time prior to points and never did really well with points. I'm doing better with the plus plan, and am using the focus on fruits/veggies/lean proteins/limiting carbs when choosing what to eat. I was on the verge of signing up with the online program so i could…

I noticed that I was also eating more at night so I've been working toward balancing my calories more throughout the day. The reasons I decided to do this are: 1. stabilization of blood sugar so I don't have a hunger swing at a time that I can't solve that issue in a health way to support my desired goal 2. I need to learn…
