over for today, so I'll need to focus hard on movement/food for the weekend. Not sleeping well this week and that always impacts me as I'm too tired to make an effort to cook, end up eating out and I always make poor food choices I guess trying to find energy. want to thank everyone for the responses - it's so hot here that I think we're going to use some of these ideas for meals after I cook up a batch of chicken breasts to throw in the fridge. Dang it's hot!

Enell sports bra. The girls will not budge:-) 38DDD and I've tried lots of different sports bras. This Enell is the most expensive bra I've ever purchased, but it fits, fastens in the front and holds 'em steady. Not a cute sports bra so I wear something over it, but I will have time for cute when the weight is gone.
