I did it for 6 weeks in a row and lost the majority of my weight during that period. Now I think I have hit the plateau...

I consumed apx 1200 calories per day starting in Feb - and in 10 weeks lost around 25 lbs. I kept my 3 primary meals around 250 calories and my 3 snacks throughout the day around 100. I also drank *lots* of water. It works! :) Good luck! :)

would you all also share some meal ideas? We're in the 90's with heat indexes in the 100's - too hot to cook, but also an appetite killer.

Awesome job! I was under 1000 yesterday - probably not good but Oh my my dinner was fantastic and soo filling for only 294 calories... Try it Fish tacos:

    11oz Talapia
    10 prawns
chop them up and fry them in a pan with canola spray - add taco seasoning and some paprika
Wrap em up with white corn tortillas (50 calories only each)
1 tsp of guac, 1 tbsp salsa, some lettuce - you are good to go
so 2 soft tacos only 294 calories with the guac...
This will make enough for 6 soft tacos.

I am in! To follow on a previous post re: roxy lean, I take it and am finally able to eat less! Takes about a week to get used to it. Still haven't had a day with 1200 calories, but at least I've been able to keep it under 2000, which is huge for me.

I have 327 calories left for today - Amy's burrito it is!

over for today, so I'll need to focus hard on movement/food for the weekend.

Not sleeping well this week and that always impacts me as I'm too tired to make an effort to cook, end up eating out and I always make poor food choices I guess trying to find energy. Going to bed early tonight to turn it around.

cmisty - have a nice long sleep - feeling good is more then what you eat.. we all need those days once and awhile!!
