so what is a good net then to end up with after food and exercise combined?

problem is i havent got past 12-1300 eating.. now i know that i have to hit 1900 ill try harder. im sure my dinner could be 700 plus tonight. thanks

problem is past couple days and prob normally ive only been hitting 1200-1300 calorie intake.. ill have to eat more thanks

From Normal Daily Activity 2,440 cal/day was on goal tab.

Havent ate dinner yet so what do you reccomend? I also plan on walking my dog for an hour tonight at moderate pace so i think thats about 400-500 from last time it says 406 for 45 min for me. So im not eating enough calories so could be why not losing weight?

Body fat % on higher end of 20's right now but pretty broad and dont want to lose too much size just fat.

right now my goal calorie intake is as follows 1940-954 food (already ate) minus dinner-0 exercise as of yet so net right now is 954
