Totally agree - inches are so important - I have to remember this myself! Especially with more exercise it does not show on scale but shows on the belly and thighs for me with inches!

I do Zumba all the time and I never remember what I am supposed to do. There are so many different songs I am not sure(well maybe for someone) you can actually get all the steps down! Just go have fun - I tend to laugh through the whole thing!

This works well for me as well. Tea and water! Just keep on keeping on - dont cut too much too fast just keep pluggin in your calories here and start each day new. These are almost all of my meals.....FIsh or lean meat, steamed vegetables and a salad with lots of different veggies, just oil and vinegar on salad.
