I eat at 30 grams or close most days, I like Dave's killer Power seed bread (6 grams fiber per slice) dark green veggies like broccoli, raspberries, beans (love white beans as the blend into many dishes.) Also nuts like almonds, soy milk, and a lot of low sugar meal replacements bars are higher in fiber.

I would ask them how they cook it, baking, frying, grilling, etc. and then just search the MFP database to find the closest description. You could also maybe ask that they put any sauces on the side so you can control how much of it you have on your food.

Right now 3 of my MFP friends are my IRL friends/family, and like 5 more are close (long distance) friends, I have no problems adding anyone I know as a friend.

I mostly avoid cravings by not keeping the things I crave in my house, but oh my gosh working in a bakery would be so tough!! My suggestions would be lots of water, eating frequent meals so you're not hungry and craving foods at the same time, gum, and maybe one small daily indulgence at the end of your shift.

I am trying to break the bad habit of cutting calories when I need to lose weight or trying some fad diet. Not how I want to look either, but you'd really have to work hard and long to come close to that amount of definition and muscle mass! I wouldn't let this detour you at all.

Really inspiring photos!! I had my 4th child Nov. 1st of this last year and so I am nearly 6 months pp. I have lost almost 30lbs but definitely have a long way to go towards firming up this stomach!

I only count water but I still track any coffee or tea I drink in a day.
