Gorgeous rings! Mine is falling off too but I am also waiting to re-size until my GW is reached. Idk how to put pics in or I would share lol
-
I'm just going by a general appearance first and foremost and secondary a goal jean size.
-
Excellent progress!
-
No, I never would count housework.
-
I figured it may seem silly to say that and have a pic up that wasn't me just some random skinny chick with a weight loss slogan lol.
-
That's it I've decided to become to pretty to work too, what a life! Too bad my parents won't support me financially like hers do though lol.

I eat somewhat low carb (usually between 40-55 carbs daily), lower fat, high protein and I think the high protein is what keeps me feeling like I have plenty of energy for my daily activities and workouts.

Our gym has it and it's $80 a month for my husband and I both to go there, they also offer free advice from the staff trainers there whenever you need it.

If it is just that you want more of the pastas and meats, and not that you're actually hungry since you're eating enough veggies then it is just a "mental" hunger and that takes time for the craving to go away, just have to stick with it.

Stay strong, you're in my thoughts!
-
I don't count it, for me it's just a part of my daily activities and I was doing those activities when I was heavier and it didn't help me to lose weight. I only count intentional exercise personally.

I am also 5'5, 31, and have nearly 40 lbs to get to my ultimate goal weight, and 20 to get to where I feel like I'd feel comfortable.
-
Yay!!
-
5'5 and goal is 110-120 depending on body appearance more than just the number.

I have to agree with the last poster, I have had zero issues with the clasp on mine. I do not struggle to put it on nor has it ever come close to coming off. Perhaps there are faulty ones out there?
-
Agreed!
-
Thanks I will definitely check it out, I've been curious about the bodymedia and how that would track differently.
-
I cannot say anything about the fitbit but I have the UP and I love it. The app is great with zero glitches so far and it sync with many other applications so I can track my other activities outside of walking.

I am 31 :)

Saving for later, thxs!

I totally agree with not liking it going back into awake mode once you've hit enough steps. I too have an infant that I wake up with multiples times a night and never remember to put in back in sleep mode. Other than that, I too also really like this feature and have no other complaints.

Dollhouse was good too.
-
Did someone mention The Killing yet? It isn't brand new and so far I've only watched the first season on Netflix but I was hooked!
-
I think you definitely have the right idea about not eating back all the calories MFP is accounting for the activities you're doing since they are so inflated and relying on a HRM instead. Good luck!

My husband could care less, he's on here but doesn't use the site or any other internet site for that matter.
-
Wow, awesome thread!

My diet is making me lose weight and working out (weight lifting in my case) is making me look good, I wouldn't want to do this without doing both personally.
