I started doing it on saturday, i did it again tonight and aim to do it at least twice a week it's a great workout and I usually burn between 570-610 calories

Since you can't taste ground flaxseed it's great to add to a lot of things. I add it to my morning porridge, curry, Bolognaise anything I cook I add it to. The health benefits are numerous!

I have a little mash with my food but lately I've been bulking up on veg mainly asparagus, broccoli, sweetcorn, peas, carrotts or a massive salad lol!

I think it doesn't matter so much as long as you are within your weekly calorie allowance, it's also a good thing as I have heard it tricks your metabolism so your body doesnt get used to the same amount of calories every day.

Quaker porridge oats are filling,35g oats and I have them with 2g flaxseed, 10g raisins, 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon they are really filling and the health benefits are enourmous! Nuts and raisins are always good food to snack on if you are still feeling hungry.

Check out freedieting.com it tells you how many calories you should eat to either maintain or loose weight. I didn't go on the calories MFP put down as it wasn't enough. By the looks of it you need to eat around 1531 calorie but thats dependent on you level of physical activity. Good luck! x

I've been doing MFP for 5 weeks now and I think i'm just now getting to grips with all the lower calorie foods, making the most of my calories, weighing my food and exercise. So im looking for more support and more motivation to keep me on track so add me as a friend if you want the same!

Yeah I agree with seeing a Chiropractor, I had a problem where my hip is always needing realignment and so one leg looks shorter and my shoulders are also not in line.
