i have 2tatts i didnt have a problem with discomfort both r on my back i guess it depends on your tolerance i think cramps are more painful

its hard but very challenging my goal is lose the weight and keep it off thats the hard part for me

its hard but so worth it in the end my challenge is to keep it off but your looking good keep it up

hey kirsty, im new too keep your mine on the prize it take discipline i gain weight every year and then when summer comes i have to lose 30lbs maybe this year i will try to have some more discipline and not be a yoyo dieter
