Diet! Weight loss begins and ends with your diet. You can exercise all you want but if your diet is not in check you will see no results.

1/2 cup cottage cheese 1% or less, and Yougurt cup of your choice flavor. Mix togather and enjoy as a good snack option.

No potential benefit, but can be used to help from over indulgeing in sweets in general. I would not use it solely for your mid meal snacks.

Apple imo is a very good pre-workout snack, with protein ofcorse.

It’s probably the caffeine on an empty stomach. That would be my guess.
