LOL, not cheating at all. I think the more obsessive you become about it, the more success you will have. Just try to weigh yourself at the same time each day/week or whatever and also with a similar amount of clothing. Our weight varies during the day so comparing your weight before breakfast one week to your weight after…

Hi, I try to make up any deficit by having cereal bars available, a bar that is low in sugar but high in carbs. If you are already over on carbs than a low carb breakfast cereal. Hope that helps and good luck.
